Illuminated Lux Shipping Policy

At Illuminated Lux, we aim to ensure that your candles arrive in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below for information on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery options.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: During high demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be longer. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping:  2-3 business days

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $75, within the U.S.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery. If you have any questions about the status of your order, feel free to reach out to us.

International Shipping
Currently, Illuminated Lux ships domestically within U.S. and Canada. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at illuminatedluxco@gmail.com.

International shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs regulations. Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging our candles to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your item is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at [insert email] within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, and a replacement or refund may be issued.

Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or contact the carrier directly. If you are unable to locate your package, contact us within 48 hours, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Illuminated Lux is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
