Illuminated Lux No Return Policy

At Illuminated Lux, we take pride in crafting premium, hand-poured candles with care and attention to detail. To maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, we have adopted a strict No Return Policy for all products purchased from our store or website.

All Sales Are Final
All candle purchases made through Illuminated Lux are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Contact us at illuminatedluxco@gmail.com with a description and clear photos of the issue. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used or burned candles
- Custom-made candles or personalized items
- Seasonal or limited-edition candles

Order Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order details, including fragrance choices, sizes, and quantities, are accurate before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about our products, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Exceptions
In rare cases, Illuminated Lux reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion, especially in cases of extenuating circumstances.
